Subsea and marine recruitment specialist launches TrueDental Recruitment
Subsea and marine recruitment specialist ETPM has taken a complete change of direction as it moves to diversity its business interests and expand the range of services which the group provides.
The company has just launched TrueDental Recruitment, a specialist recruitment agency based in Aberdeen which will focus solely on providing dental candidates for practices across North-east Scotland.
Former Dental Practice Manager Emily Hughes will head up the new service which recruits all levels of dental staff for NHS, private and mixed practices. Emily has 10 years’ experience in the dental industry, starting her career as a trainee dental nurse, and has extensive knowledge of the local market.
“This is a notable departure from ETPM’s primary business of subsea and marine recruitment, an area of expertise that we’ve built up over the past 13 years and which now services the global oil & gas industry,” said Jay Smith Recruitment Manager of ETPM. “However, the oil & gas industry is changing and while this will remain our core business we have been exploring opportunities to diversity since the start of the year. From discussions, it became clear there is a lack of professional recruitment services for the dental industry across the country. TrueDental Recruitment has been set up to address that and it will bring significant benefits to this sector of the health services.”
TrueDental Recruitment will provide candidates for short term and urgent vacancies as well as for permanent roles across the full range of dental profession and support staff.
